On Thursday afternoon, I took the kids for Kylie's first Wagon ride. They were so cute riding together.
They are starting to play together more. Kylie's doing really well with standing up, too.
On Friday, we had a very late start since we were waiting for Kylie to wake up from her nap. We didn't get out of the house until 11:15 to run some errands. We had lunch out and both kids fell fast alseep on the way home. When they got up, we got ready and went to a party at Savannah's school. They had all sorts of fun things - including a bubble machine, tattoos, Kung Fu Panda and a Moon Bounce!! Noah and Savannah had a great time jumping....
Kylie had fun, too.
It was super hot out so Nana and Grandad treated the kids to some sno cones.
Saturday was a really fun day!! Noah had a recital for his "Tap and Tumble" class. Every Wednesday at school, he goes to a gymnastics and dance class. At the recital, each class came out and performed some moves to a song and then showed off some of their gymnastic moves. It was so cute! Nana and Grandad came to watch, too!

At the show, we asked Nana and Grandad if they wanted to babysit that night and they said yes, so we had a last minute outing! It was so fun. My friend Jenn met us out and we had a few drinks and susi downtown. We had lots of fun -- thanks Nana and Grandad!
Sunday morning we had a very quick playdate with Eli and Cole. It was madness for about an hour and a half! Those boys sure play hard. This is the best shot I got that morning!! :-)
After they left, I was off to the spa!!!! I decided to use the gift card that Waylon got me for the Umstead Spa and went to get a hot stone massage and pedicure. My friend, Jenn, was so nice to come with me! It was so much fun. We met at noon for lunch and then went to the spa and spent some time in the jacuzzi tub, steam room and just relaxed in the beautiful waiting room. Our appointments were at 2 and 4 and then I had nice relaxing shower afterwards. It was HEAVEN!

I got home at 6 and Waylon was trying to get dinner ready and everyone was screaming (pretty much par for the course at that time of night!). It was a shock back into reality! :-) It was a great day though and I was so appreciative that Waylon did that for me for Mother's Day.
This week, Waylon is travelling and I'm trying to get things ready to leave for the beach on Saturday for a week! It's a little crazy but we are really looking forward to this trip so it will all be worth it!
